End User License Agreement for the ComputerKeyboard Application (Software)
Please read this document carefully before installing this software.
By downloading, installing, and using this Software, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.

The User agrees that installing or using the Software confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms of this License.
1. License Grant
If you have paid for the Software, you are hereby granted a license to use the Software.
2. Restrictions
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.
3. Termination for Breach
This license will automatically terminate if the User fails to comply with the terms or restrictions contained in this license, including payment of the appropriate license fee.
4. Copyright
The Software is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.
The Software is licensed, not sold. ComputerKeyboard remains the property of its creator at all times.
5. Disclaimer
ComputerKeyboard SOFTWARE DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL MEET THE USER'S REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THE OPERATION OF THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
6. Warranty and Liability Exclusion
THE SOFTWARE IS LICENSED "AS IS". THE USER ASSUMES ALL RISK OF USING THE SOFTWARE.
NO EXPRESS WARRANTIES OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND ARE PROVIDED WITH RESPECT TO THE SOFTWARE.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LOCAL LAW, IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS RELATING TO THE SOFTWARE, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, ARE EXCLUDED.
